Pork may be an Indiana favorite, but this sandwich is far from anything Hoosier. Caliente! serves up delicious Cuban cuisine. We recommend a staple-the Cuban sandwich of course! Caliente does it perfectly! You can tap the outside and hear the crunch when you bite into it, without ripping the roof of your mouth to shreds. Load up the pickles, onions, mustard, mayo and jalapenos and you're set. Might we suggest having a glass of water close by. ;)
